If it asks you where to find the software to update, point it at the original CIV IV app in /Applications/MacGameStore/Games/Civilization_IV_1/Civilization IV/ folder. Once the installer is running, click through it. An installer app will start up (and maybe re-launch immediately in 32-bit mode, depending on your version of OS X). Next, click LAUNCH INSTALLER for BEYOND THE SWORD. WARLORDS is now installed (but not yet licensed and registered).
The WARLORDS app is in the /Applications/MacGameStore/Games/Civilization_IV_1/Civilization IV/Warlords/ folder. Start off by clicking LAUNCH INSTALLER for WARLORDS. Once everything is downloaded, CIV IV and COLONIZATION will be already installed (COLONIZATION will not yet be licensed and registered, though). Once all the games and expansions are installed, then you can launch the games and enter the registration keys, as needed.
The expansions contain key files that will alter the original game and complete its installation. ***IMPORTANT NOTE: Completely install the main game and the three expansions before playing and/or registering any of them.
